Are you technically a grownup, yet still feel like you haven't mastered the art of being an adult? There are two things you should know: 1) You're not alone. 2) Help is on the way! The Adulting 101 program series will empower you to unlock more adulthood achievements, one skill at a time. Each month an expert will demystify topics such as budgeting, cooking and more. Join us for an evening of fun and learning in a relaxed, nonjudgmental atmosphere.

September 24, 2018: Fast, Healthy Meals on a Budget
Cooking at home doesn't have to take all night or cost a lot. Let Molly Costigan of the Sustainable Food Center (https://sustainablefoodcenter.org/
) show you how! Using a recipe that's quick, healthy, adaptable for a variety of diets and, most importantly, delicious, she'll cook a tasty dish right before your eyes. The first 30 attendees to sign up at the event will get to sample the final product. The sign-up sheet will be available in the Demonstration Area beginning at 6:15 PM — first come, first served.
