At anytime you need help, do not hesitate to ask one of our 6 lifeguards in kayaks for help. We want you safe first, your race is not as important as your safety. Enjoy this beautiful swim!
Swim Exit to Transition-
We will have volunteers helping you out of the swim. If we have enough volunteers we will have some wetsuit strippers, but this is not guaranteed. The path to transition is dirt and gravel, if you have tender feet you may leave shoes or flip flops at the swim exit. There will not be carpet to transition.
Make sure you have your helmet on. No ear bud or phones on the bike. This is an out and back open course.
